There’s a lot of complaining going on. Complaints about young people and their work ethic. About how back in the day, people really worked hard and this generation is just soft.  With the “Young Energy” mindset, YoungCapital’s goal was to shine light on a new generation – showing them they’re supported, empowered, and trusted. They bring the energy.


To spread that message, they wanted help with launching BOOOMer Energy Drink – a Gen Z–infused energy drink that gives even the biggest boomers a taste of young energy. With a heavy dose of humor, we aim to bridge the generational gap on the work floor. 4Flowers helped delivering this message both with branded content and creator content.

Branded Content on RapnieuwsTV

To amplify the message, we teamed up with our partner RapnieuwsTV to take it to the streets – literally. We interviewed young people about classic boomer stereotypes surrounding Gen Z: Do they agree with them? What’s off? But also is there any common ground between the generations and how can we improve their intergenerational relations?

Creator Content

Besides branded content we were also tasked with making a selection of fitting influencers to create content for the campaign. We collaborated with a crew of creators who each brought their own spin to the campaign.

Izzle and Fraasie created a humorous sketch that poked fun at generational misunderstandings. Divaio hit the streets to surprise a boomer with a burst of Young Energy. And Dajour gave the trend his own twist with a “What’s In Your Bag?” video – Gen Z style.

Each creator used their platform, voice, and audience to bring the message to life in a way that felt authentic and resonated across their communities.
