Why 4Flowers?
More and more consumers are demanding an inclusive approach from companies, while the rapid rise of digital media has created a platform for diverse media talents.
Yet, we see many advertisers still struggle to effectively integrate these talents into their campaigns and effectively reach a diverse targetgroup.
At 4Flowers, we bridge this gap by connecting advertisers with the cultural movements that shape our society. With a tailored and inclusive approach, we help brands make a real impact, ensuring that every voice is represented and that culture creators receive their flowers (credit, respect).

Ilias Spanjer
As former head of youth platforms ParraTV and Complex NL, Ilias knows how to appeal to young people like no other. After reaching millions of diverse young people every week for 5 years with both editorial and branded content, he has developed a sense for what interests Generation Z and Generation Y. With this knowledge, he founded 4Flowers to help brands that have difficulty reaching the younger generations. Driven by a mission to bridge cultural gaps, Ilias strives to ensure that brands can engage meaningfully with diverse audiences while staying authentic and inclusive.
Chantal Lo-A-Tjong
Over the past 16 years, Chantal has used her commercial knowledge and strength for companies such as Sanoma, Wayne Parker Kent and Hearst. After several adventures and experiences she developed a desire for more inclusive media representation. Chantal is now chasing this desire with her own company; 4Flowers, where she will use her network, work experience and media knowledge to help media agencies, advertisers and talents to appeal to a more diverse audience.
